CONCRETE AND CONCRETE CONNECTORS

Wood connectors are used to connect elements: wood-wood, wood-concrete, wood-metal. There are:

• Fasteners with integrated pressure flange for fixing sheets in concrete and wooden substrates are self-tapping fasteners made of surface hardened carbon steel. It is mainly used for fixing steel sheets on a wooden or concrete substrate.
• Fasteners without a washer for fixing sheets in concrete substrate

are self-tapping fasteners made of surface hardened carbon steel. It is mainly used for fixing steel sheets on a wooden or concrete substrate.

• Fasteners without a washer for fixing sheet metal in concrete and wooden substrate

are self-tapping fasteners made of surface hardened carbon steel. It is mainly used for fixing steel sheets on a wooden or concrete substrate.

CONNECTORS FOR SANDWICH PANELS

• Fasteners for fixing sheet-wool-sheet metal systems are characterized by the fact that they are self-drilling and self-tapping fasteners made of hardened carbon steel, have a fine thread, a hexagonal head with an assembled steel washer.
• Fasteners with washer for fixing sandwich panels (drill point # 3) are self-drilling and self-tapping. They have a fine thread and a hexagonal head with an assembled aluminum washer. Application is used for fixing sandwich panels to hot-rolled steel structures.
• Bimetallic stainless fasteners with a washer for fixing sandwich panels (drill point # 3) are made of austenitic steel, otherwise bimetallic, with a fine working thread and a hexagon head with an assembled stainless steel washer. Used for fixing sandwich panels to thin-walled steel structures in aggressive areas.
• Fasteners with washer for fixing sandwich panels (self-drilling, double-threaded made of carbon steel). Drilling point # 5. They have an aluminum washer, they are designed for fixing sandwich panels to hot-rolled steel structures. The thread is very fine.
• Bimetallic stainless fasteners with washer for fixing sandwich panels (drill point # 3)
• Fasteners with a washer for fixing sandwich panels (drill point # 6) are used for fixing sandwich panels to hot-rolled steel structures of very high thickness.
• Fasteners with washer for fixing sandwich panels (drilling point for wood) designed for fixing sandwich panels in materials such as wood, concrete, aerated concrete and brick. Direct assembly is possible in concrete and wood. However, it is recommended to make a preliminary hole in the concrete substrate.
